The coffee selected for this project, La Virgen, comes from the picturesque highlands of Guadalupe, Huila, Colombia (1200-2000 masl), a region renowned for its exceptional coffee-growing traditions. This lot features a mix of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varietals.

In Guadalupe, generations of dedicated coffee farmers have honed their craft, producing outstanding coffee while prioritizing environmental stewardship. With small farms averaging just 5 hectares, many growers in the region have earned Rainforest Alliance Certification and adhere to EUDR standards. These practices reflect their commitment to sustainable agriculture, preserving both the natural environment and the well-being of their communities.

You are pre-ordering only! The green coffee should arrive by November 27th, then we'll get to roasting and fulfilling orders!
