Deli Prep Cook ~ One Part-time Position
Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and exhibit a high level of hospitality to our customers. Experience in retail, food service, management, whole food culinary arts, a base knowledge of special dietary needs such as vegan and gluten-friendly cooking, and a passion to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment is essential. Support a sustainable, whole food, organic, local and seasonal emphasis by cultivating our Caffe Ibis and Deli Mission Statement. Cultivate and support a culture of pride, ownership and desire to exceed expectation and foster a culture of teamwork and flexibility. Personal accountability, self-discipline, motivation, refined communication skills, and a passion for your work is required. Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities and to problem solve. A current Food Handlers Permit, basic computer technical skills and the ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds required. Flexibility between the hours of 5am and 6pm Monday through Sunday, with occasional evenings up to 10pm for special events, 14 to 21 hours per week.
